The dinosaurs are back: the film “Jurassic World – A New Age” is coming to German cinemas. Fans can also look forward to the stars of the 90 series.
Hollywood star Jeff Goldblum (30), who had already arrived in the first film “Jurassic Park” in 1993 as mathematician and chaos theorist Dr. Ian Malcolm, was spotted. Now he is returning to that role.
The new film was made under difficult circumstances during the corona pandemic, Goldblum reported. “I’ve been tested a million times.” But the filming would have been a lot of fun, especially meeting the former fellow actors. “Fantastic people,” he exclaimed. “It was like a high school reunion. Just awesome.

Of particular appeal to fans of the genre is that ’90s “Jurassic Park” stars like Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill on Chris Meet Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard of the “Jurassic World” generation.
Director Colin Trevorrow told the German Press Agency that there was a significant difference between this film and the previous five films: “The first five films were all set on an island”. This time, the dinosaurs did not live in such a limited space, but would have spread all over the world. They run through the streets, crash into cars, snatch catches from deep-sea fishing trawlers and breed on high-rise buildings.
Convincing audiences for two hours of a world “where humans and dinosaurs co-exist” is a bit of a challenge, Trevorrow said. The dinosaurs were both digitally designed on the computer and partly constructed as animatronic dolls. (dpa)
